Frontiers in Responsible and Trustworthy AI

Description

Advances in AI and ML invites original research papers, reviews, and case studies for a special issue focused on responsible, ethical, and trustworthy AI systems. We seek contributions that advance the theoretical foundations, technical innovations, and practical implementations of AI systems that prioritize fairness, accountability, interpretability, robustness, and privacy.

Topics of Interest

We welcome original high-quality submissions on (but not limited to) the following topics:

·         Explainable AI (XAI) in deep learning

·         Fairness and bias mitigation in ML models

·         Robustness to adversarial attacks and distributional shifts

·         Federated learning and privacy-preserving AI

·         Ethical frameworks and AI governance

·         Human-in-the-loop and interactive learning systems

·         Real-world case studies and applications of AI in high-stakes domains (healthcare, law, climate, etc.)

·         Scalability and efficiency in deploying trustworthy AI systems

·         Safe and reliable autonomous control, decision support, and generative AI

·         Open datasets and reproducibility in responsible AI
